SSYRA Jr. Book Club K-2
Students in grades K-2 are invited to read the 2026-2027 SSYRA Jr. state nominated books and earn brag tags and prizes along the way.
Students in Grades 1st and 2nd will have to take an AR test after reading these books with the family or on their own, passing with a 70% or higher. The classroom teacher will provide the Library as they reach each milestone of 3, 8, 12 and 15 books.
WE ARE NOT LONGER USING THE GOOGLE FORM FOR KINDERGARTEN. RATHER, YOUR CLASSROOM TEACHER WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RECORDING SHEET IN YOUR CHILD'S CUB FOLDER TO UPDATE AS YOU READ THE BOOKS WITH THEM. WE WILL REWARD STUDENTS WHEN THEY REACH THE MILESTONES OF 3 BOOKS, 8 BOOKS, 12 BOOKS, 15 BOOKS.
